This retreat promises to be a turning point for those who are ready to live in authentic alignment with their true selves. It will be a small group to ensure adequate time and support of each participant. This is an intimate retreat where you will finally receive the support and guidance you’ve always deserved. Guided by me, these calls are a sacred container for change and transformation. They are a chance to recharge your batteries and renew your purpose and commitment to Self. Build community with your fellow sisters and both give and receive support/encouragement. Topics will vary each month based on need/desire of group and/or inner guidance. The purpose of group calls is to build and maintain collective momentum and blast through obstacles. One person will be selected from each call each month to step up to the plate to obliterate stagnation.

Above all, this book represents the fulfillment of a promise that I made to myself as child—that I would come back for me. And come back, I fucking did.

I will not silence my Voice. I will not shame myself or others who have survived the unspeakable. I will not look away from the weeping wound that is poisoning humanity. This is how we heal ourselves. This is how we take back our lives. We use our voices, and we say the things that need to be said. We do the things that need to be done. We take a stand. No more pretending, no more hiding. We’re healing the world, and this is how we do it. One voice, one person, one “no” at a time.
